Raw Cacao and Banana Smoothie



.(makes 1 cup)






The Cacao and Banana Smoothie is a protein filled, antioxidant rich drink that is great for after a workout or anytime throughout the day when you need to recharge your batteries.






Ingredients:1 cup brazil nut milk


1 cup ice


1 banana


2 Tbsp. raw honey or agave nectar


2 Tbsp. cacao powder






Preparation:Place the brazil nut milk, ice, banana, raw honey and cacao in Vita–Mix blender. Blend on high until smooth and all of the ingredients are combined. Pour and enjoy!
