Water, water, water, water. Drink lots of water. The more water you drink the less bloated you will be. Doesn't make much sense? Water cleanses your body and washes away toxins. Aim for at least two to three litres a day. I always have a bottle with me. I carry it everywhere. Only water counts. Coffe, sugar free drinks and tea can add liquid to your plan, but doesn't count as the real thing.
